Description
Winemaking
The grapes are destemmed and undergo a brief cold pellicular maceration for 24 hours.
After fermentation, the wine remains in contact with fine lees for 6 months until bottling in February 2026.
Tasting notes
- Color: Light ruby with onion skin tones
- Nose: blackcurrant, wild strawberry, eucalyptus
- Palate: Balanced acidity, full-bodied and persistent rosé.
