REGION: P.D.O. Utiel – Requena VINIFICATION:

The grapes are destemmed and undergo a brief cold pellicular maceration for 24 hours. After fermentation, the wine remains in contact with fine lees for 6 months until bottling in May 2024.

TASTING NOTES:

  • Color: Light ruby with onion skin tones
  • Nose: blackcurrant, wild strawberry, eucalyptus
  • Palate: Balanced acidity, full-bodied and persistent rosé.
