Description

Winemaking

The grapes are destemmed and undergo a brief cold pellicular maceration for 24 hours.
After fermentation, the wine remains in contact with fine lees for 6 months until bottling in May 2024.

Tasting notes

  • Color: Light ruby with onion skin tones
  • Nose: blackcurrant, wild strawberry, eucalyptus
  • Palate: Balanced acidity, full-bodied and persistent rosé.

Analysis

  • Alcoholic strength: 12 % Vol.
  • Contains sulfites.
