Shipping and transportation

The shipment will be made through transport to the address indicated at the time of placing the order, with the shipping costs indicated and confirmed in the order. The delivery will be made, in general, within three working days from the day after you place the order and payment is confirmed. This period may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, such as the availability of the chosen product or the shipping area. Likewise, in exceptional circumstances, this term could be altered due to extraordinary incidents in the transport service or difficulties in the delivery of the goods. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. Orders will not be prepared and deliveries will not be made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

– We only ship to Spain (Peninsula) and Balearic Islands.

– We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Delivery terms:

If the product is in stock, the order will be shipped immediately to the delivery address indicated by the customer and delivered within 3 working days from the time the order is processed.

If there were any unforeseen event in the delivery of the order we would contact you through your email address, which we request at the time of making the purchase on the web, to find a solution.

Alternatively, we may contact you by telephone, if you have provided us with one, or directly attempt a second delivery to the address provided. In case of failure to contact or deliver the product in the first or second visit, the customer will be responsible for contacting the carrier or SAT MONTESANCO. by e-mail and shall bear any additional costs that may be incurred by subsequent deliveries.

Carriers

SAT MONTESANCO will choose the carrier it deems most appropriate to meet the delivery conditions and deadlines.

In the event that one of the deadlines is modified, SAT MONTESANCO Customer Service will inform you, either by e-mail or phone call, the approximate delivery time for the total shipment of your order. Likewise, you will be kept informed of any variation that may arise from such deadline.

Orders will not be delivered to post office boxes. We reserve the right to withhold shipment of orders with incorrect addresses. In any case we will contact you according to the data provided for any incident or doubt that may arise in the processing of your order.
