In the case of detecting upon receipt of an order with damage to the packaging, we recommend not to accept it and to inform the carrier that the shipment is rejected. If you find a product in bad condition, take a picture. In both cases, you will have to write an email to vinos@montesanco.com to manage the incident and proceed to a new correct shipment or the refund of the money.
In cases where you consider that, at the time of delivery, the product does not conform to the stipulated, you should contact us immediately via our email vinos@montesanco.com, providing the details of the product as well as the damage it suffers. Once we receive the notification, we will contact you to inform you on how to proceed with the return through a courier company.
As a general rule, you should return the product to us at the address indicated on the invoice that you will receive by mail, providing us with the following information: personal data, e-mail address, order number, reason for return, date of receipt of the order and date of return.
Please return the item using its original packaging plus any instructions, documentation and packaging that may accompany the item. Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, we will carefully examine the returned product and will inform you by e-mail or telephone within a reasonable period of time whether the product is to be returned or replaced (in each case). The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which we send you an e-mail or call you confirming the return or replacement of the non-conforming item.
In the event that the product(s) cannot be replaced, the amounts paid for those products that are returned, because of a defect or defect, where it actually exists, will be refunded to you in full, including the delivery charges incurred to deliver the item and the costs you would have incurred to return it to us.
Returns and partial cancellations will give rise to partial refunds of the total amount paid for the entire order. Transportation, reimbursement and gift wrapping costs will not be refunded in case of partial returns.
The refund will be made through the same payment method used to pay for the purchase.
