Solar eclipse

At @restaurantesaborsmon we’re preparing a very special evening so we can all enjoy the solar eclipse together this coming Wednesday, August 12. A rendezvous with the sun, the moon, and a menu crafted just for the occasion.

We’ll start at 7:30 p.m. with a six-course appetizer menu paired with Solo Cava Brut. Afterward, we’ll all enjoy the solar eclipse from our vineyard (glasses included). Finally, we’ll continue enjoying dinner with a live saxophone performance as the sun sets on the horizon.
