Next Friday, September 11, one of the Marina Alta’s most time-honored traditions returns to @montesancobodega: l’Escaldà, the traditional process by which, for generations, Muscat grapes have been turned into raisins.

An afternoon to reconnect with our roots, discover this craft, and share around the table everything that shapes our understanding of the region.

After l’Escaldà, we’ll continue with a cocktail reception and a dinner paired with our MÓN wines, accompanied by live saxophone music.
